Success Story: Jadira Lopez
Jadira recently graduated from CSULB with a degree in community health. As a student project, Jadira developed and implemented a community-wide health needs assessment for Oak View. Upon learning of the urgent health needs of her community, Jadira developed a new mobile health-screening clinic targeting local residents. The clinic provides easier and more efficient access to adequate health care. Jadira also helps manage the local Zumba class and monthly health clinics at the local high school.
